What if I am not satisfied with my watch?
You can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at supportmehora@gmail.com with your order number and we will guide you.
What condition should the watch be in?
Please send it back unused, in the condition you received it, with the original MEHORA packaging.
What if my watch arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us with photos as soon as you receive it and we will make it right.

Are these watches made by MEHORA?
MEHORA carefully selects and sells these watches. Some carry the maker's own name on the dial. We do not claim to have made them.
