Return and replacement window
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return and replacement requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Conditions
- The watch should be unused and in the condition you received it.
- Please keep the original MEHORA packaging and everything that came with the watch.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email supportmehora@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason.
- We will confirm the next steps and how to send the watch back to us.
- Once we receive and check the watch, we will send your replacement or process your return.
Shipping on returns
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If your watch arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, please email us with photos as soon as you receive it and we will make it right.
